
Login to the Advertiser Centre using your username and password. If you do not have a username and password you will need to register your company details by selecting the 'register now' link.



Company Name
Your company name has been pre-populated and is based on the name provided at registration.
Alternative Name
If an alternative name is entered this name will appear on the ad. For example an agency placing an ad on behalf of a client may want the client's name to appear on the ad rather than their own. Therefore, they would enter the client's name which would be displayed.
Select a Template
This allows you to re-use an ad that has previously been placed and saved as a template. Any information from the previous ad including ad text, location(s), occupation(s) etc will automatically be populated.

Job Reference
This is optional for your convenience when placing an ad. For example if you are posting a number of ads a reference number can be assigned to each ad for ease of tracking.
Ad Start Date
This is the date your ad will appear on the search4jobs website.
Ad End Date
This is the date your ad will be taked off the search4jobs website.


Using Bullet Points or an Introductory Sentence
This is your opportunity to sell the role to potential candidates, examples of bullet points could include:

Display Salary on Ad
This is optional. If the tick box is checked the salary [min and max] and currency fields must be completed.



| Template 1: | No image will be displayed |
| Template 2: | One image will be displayed at the top left hand side of the ad. |
| Template 3: | Three images will be displayed. The first at the top left hand side, the second at the bottom left hand side and the third at the bottom right hand side of the ad. |
| Template 4: | Four logos will be displayed. The first at the top left hand side, the second at the top right hand side, the third towards the top at the right of the centre and the fourth towards the bottom at the right of the centre of the ad. |
Please note: The functionality to add two logos is coming soon.


Multiple locations and skills can be added to an ad by checking the tick box rather than loading the ad twice. For example if you have two identical roles with positions available in two locations.
Please note: For every location or occupation added a $50 charge will be incurred.

In this section you have the ability to upload a job description to your ad. This is of use to employers who have set criteria relevant to a specific use. For example Government or Healthcare roles. This added functionality will be charged at $50 (unless included in your contract/package rate). Files can only be uploaded in PDF format.


Save Draft
Ad details will be saved and can be used at a later date. You will then be returned to the Advertiser Centre homepage. Choose 'draft' from the status drop-down box and click 'go'.


By clicking 'save template' the ad will be stored for future use and is not published. You will then be returned to the Advertiser Centre homepage.

To use a saved template, go to 'place an ad' and in the Company Information section choose the saved template from the drop-down box. Click 'use' and continue on to publish the ad. Details can be amended as required.

This shows you how your ad will look on the site. If you are satified with your ad click the 'publish' button and your ad will go live. You will then be taken back to the Advertiser Centre. You can view your ad under 'current'.
Clicking the 'publish' button will activate your ad immediately.
Clicking the 'cancel' button will return you to the Advertiser Centre and your ad will not be published.
Ads can be removed from the site at any time by clicking the 'withdraw' button.
All ads remain live on the site for a period of 30 days. If you withdraw an ad and then decide that you want the ad to be re-activated, the ad will be reactivated at no extra charge (so long as it is within 30 days of the originally published date). Your ad will remain live on the site until its correct expiration date i.e. 30 days after originally being published.
